Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams regarding IT and Security solutions.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to products sold by Shuruq Saudi.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT and Security systems.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Document and report technical issues and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and Security systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
