Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams regarding IT and Security solutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to products sold by Shuruq Saudi.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT and Security systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Document and report technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and Security systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
